Thomas Schaefer, now HERCULES, was the foreman, craftsman and construction pro for these two 1899 Townhouse Restoration Projects on the Upper Eastside of New York City from 2001 to completion in 2005.

180 East 64th Street - NYC

This four-story Townhouse was renovated with elegant and ornate rococo-style historic beauty & detail, both inside and out. 325 East 53rd Street - NYC

The renovation of this six-story Townhouse was an empty shell when construction began, then upon completion – three separate, two-story, modern european style townhomes were created within. Only the best of the best!
